We're living in a time where there is a big shift in global consciousness. Each of us has a role to play, and each of us can contribute to World Peace when we're rooted in Zen energy. As such, I think it's important to cultivate habits where we can feel grounded. I have therefore created a grounding meditation for you. It's a short and practical meditation that only lasts for 6 minutes. You can use it when standing up or sitting on a chair.
If it's possible, I would suggest that you practice this meditation preferably standing outdoors with bare feet. It would keep you grounded in the energy of our Mother Earth and help you to begin your day with a sense of joy and peace.
