In this video I would like to share with you my experiences concerning breathing meditation. I will also talk about why breathing is an effective transformation tool that we all can use in our spiritual practice.
I believe that many of our discomforts including stress and other illnesses arise because we haven’t learned how to breathe properly. We undermine the power of one breath, just as much as we’re taking it for granted.
For me, conscious breathing is a joyful practice. It’s powerful and transformative. It’s also the source of perfection but this is something that I will elaborate in a future video.
