What is the secret of Zen?
Zen is mysterious. Undefinable. Through times, the practice of Zen has been mystified as something intangible and difficult to put in a box.
Yet, when One has awakened from the illusion of Life, One finds Zen simple, practical, and tangible as one wholesome breath.
Throughout my Zen practice for the past 20+ years, my way of Zen is very much about finding the Balance, aligning myself with the Flow of Life. One day, I found myself drawing a circle that contains eight elements of Zen, the way I’m practicing it. The elements are: Awareness, Acceptance, Concentration, Micro-ness, Intention, Transformation, Flow, and Wholeness. The eight-element circle is also my compass to find the Balance, allowing me to come back to the core of my Being, resting in Inner Peace.
Now, I wish to “transmit” that wisdom to you. Zen Balance Circle is an upcoming online course that stretches over nine weeks. The first eight weeks are dedicated to the elements, and the last week is about Integration of the elements, making it practical for your daily life.
